How RIAD Corporation collects, uses, and protects personal information on yeyak.ai.

Effective 24 August 2026 Last updated 24 August 2026

1. Who we are

This site, yeyak.ai, is operated by RIAD CORPORATION INC. ("RIAD Corporation", "we", "us"), headquartered in Seoul, Republic of Korea. We are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy.

This policy covers the yeyak.ai marketing website only. The Yeyak application at app.yeyak.ai is a separate product with its own terms and privacy notice, which govern the data you provide once you create an account.

Registered entity details. RIAD CORPORATION INC., 505, 217 Teheran-ro, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Republic of Korea. Business registration number 305-87-03067.

2. What we collect

Information you give us

When you submit the contact form on our contact page, we collect the information you enter:

  • Your first and last name
  • Your work email address
  • Your company name
  • Your business type, monthly inquiry volume, and target go-live timing
  • Any message you choose to write

You can also reach us by email or phone. If you do, we hold whatever you send us for as long as we need it to answer you.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the site, we and our analytics provider may collect standard technical information:

  • Pages you view and the order you view them in
  • Approximate location derived from your IP address, at city level or coarser
  • Device type, browser, operating system, and screen size
  • The site or search engine that referred you
  • Which buttons and links you click, for example whether you opened the signup page or requested a demo

We do not use this information to try to identify you personally, and we do not combine it with the contact form data to build a profile about you.

What we never ask for on this site

This website does not collect payment card details, passwords, government identifiers, or traveller passport information. Nothing on yeyak.ai asks you to enter them.

3. Why we use it

  • To reply to you. If you submit the contact form or email us, we use your details to respond, arrange a walkthrough, and follow up on your enquiry.
  • To understand and improve the site. Aggregated usage data tells us which pages are useful, where people lose interest, and what to fix.
  • To keep the site secure and working. Technical data helps us diagnose errors and detect abuse.
  • To meet legal obligations. Where a law requires us to keep or produce records, we comply.

Where the EU or UK GDPR applies to you, our legal bases are your consent for analytics cookies, our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and securing our site, and legal obligation where applicable. Where the Korean Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) applies, we process contact form submissions on the basis of your consent, given when you submit the form, and website analytics on the basis of our legitimate interests in understanding and improving this site. You can object to the analytics processing at any time using Cookie settings in the footer.

4. Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used. It sets cookies in your browser that record a randomly generated identifier, not your name. We have configured it to collect only the interactions described above, and we do not send it your name, email address, or company.

We use no advertising, retargeting, or social media tracking pixels on this site.

Where we ask before setting analytics cookies. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we ask first: a banner appears on your first visit, and no analytics cookie is stored until you accept. Elsewhere, including the Republic of Korea, analytics runs from your first page view, and we rely on this notice rather than a prior consent request.

You can opt out anywhere, at any time. Use Cookie settings in the footer of any page and choose Decline. We remember that choice, apply it wherever you are, and from then on Google Analytics is not loaded at all: no request is made to Google and no analytics cookie is set. If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal we treat that as a refusal worldwide, without asking.

You can also refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings, and opt out of Google Analytics everywhere using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The site works normally without analytics cookies.

Our web fonts are loaded from the jsDelivr content delivery network. Requesting them exposes your IP address to jsDelivr, which is a technical necessity of loading the file rather than a tracking cookie.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf:

We may also disclose information if we are legally required to, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

6. International transfers

We are based in the Republic of Korea and several of our providers are based in the United States or operate global infrastructure. Your information may therefore be transferred outside your country of residence.

Where we transfer personal data out of the EEA or the UK, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism offered by the provider. Where PIPA applies, we obtain consent for overseas transfer where it is required.

7. How long we keep it

  • Contact form submissions and email correspondence: kept for 3 years from our last contact with you, then deleted, unless we have an ongoing business relationship or a legal reason to keep them longer.
  • Analytics data: retained according to our Google Analytics configuration, currently 14 months, after which it is deleted automatically.

You can ask us to delete your information sooner. See your rights below.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Ask what personal information we hold about you and get a copy of it
  • Have inaccurate information corrected
  • Have your information deleted
  • Object to or restrict how we use it
  • Withdraw consent you previously gave, at any time
  • Ask us to transfer your information to another provider, where technically feasible

To exercise any of these, email us at riad@riadcorp.com. We will respond within 30 days. Exercising these rights is free, and we will not treat you differently for asking.

If you are in Korea and are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Personal Information Protection Commission. If you are in the EEA or the UK, you may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

9. Security

This site is served over HTTPS, and form submissions are encrypted in transit. Access to enquiry data is limited to the people at RIAD Corporation who need it to respond to you. We choose providers that maintain recognised security practices.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant authority as the law requires.

10. Children

Yeyak is a business product intended for professional use. This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 14. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our product and our providers change. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. If a change materially affects how we handle your personal information, we will give clear notice on the site.
